Your health suffers, and ultimately, so does your business. Today I am talking with Dr. Ezzie Spencer, who is a coach and best selling author of the book, Lunar Abundance. And also recently launched the companion book, Lunar Abundance Reflective Journal. Both of which are absolutely gorgeous, gorgeous books all about how you can use the moon cycles in your life to create more ease, more flow, and obviously more abundance. Now Ezzie started her career as a lawyer and then she started to follow her passion around moon cycles to really help her reconnect with her intuition, creativity, and emotional wellbeing. And then this personal passion project became a global coaching business with really far reaching success and impact as well. And now, she's started to pivot a little bit more into helping women to recover from toxic relationships through her work with re.love. Now this conversations today, it's such a yummy conversation. I really cannot wait to share it with you. Now I would love to just jump straight in and share with our listeners a little bit about your journey and what's brought to where you are today.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Yeah. So it's been a real journey. And so many people are surprised to hear that I started out in a totally different career. I used to be a lawyer, which is more on the human rights side. Like I was really interested in women's wellbeing and domestic violence and I did that kind of work which was super meaningful, really purposeful work. However, being in that more masculine kind of traditional legal profession had me completely disconnected from myself. It had me disconnected from my own body cycles and rhythms. But it also had me really disconnected from my femininity and my magic and all of those kind of things which I had as a child. I was a really magical child and I lost it when I went to law school and ended up going into work in the law. So I guess there was a part of me which was really I guess, I don't know, seeking for something elemental that was missing in my life. And at the time I wouldn't have known what it was, but I knew that there was something inside of me that wasn't being fully expressed. And so, I was doing all the things, I was meditating and I was super interested in astrology and I started to track the moon cycle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 And I can't tell you exactly when or exactly why I started tracking it. I'd always had that innate curiosity and fascination with the moon my whole life. But there was a time in my 20s when I was working as a lawyer where I started to draw in my journal the moon phase. So the full moon phase and the crescent moon phase and the new moon phase. I started to work with eight moon phases throughout the monthlong moon cycle. And what was super interesting to me about this was that there were correlations between where the moon was in the sky and how I was feeling. So it kind of gave me a little language, a fluency, a framework to be able to connect in with what was going on for me underneath the surface. The moon of course represents feelings, emotions, subconscious, brought me back to my own magic. And I then found that those correlations would repeat. So there'd be super interesting patters and there was a predictability in it which then to my very legal brain seemed very practical at times, to pull back at times, to lean in at times. I guess I would have more energy around the full moon for instance. But at the balsamic moon phase, which is the eighth of the eight moon phases, I'd feel really introverted.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 And so the moon cycles gave me that kind of commission but a predictability so I was able to manage my energy and my schedule. So that was how I started to get into the moon cycle work. And then I started to become much more connected with myself, but also my real purpose, why it was that I was here. And I was really passionate about women's safety and women's well being. And so I started a PhD because I realized actually I wasn't supposed to be a lawyer. I was really much more interested in the emotional world. I studied emotional wellbeing after being subjected to abuse. And so a couple of really interesting things happened whilst I was going into the doctoral work and one is that, I had more flexibility in my schedule, which meant I could play with my moon cycle practice more and more. And I went deeper into that and started setting intentions and started working more actively with the moon cycle practice. And I started to find that there were ways that I could be so much more productive. Like I could actually put in less effort, but then get a better result. So I was like, this is amazing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 And then the other thing that happened was I started to talk about it. Because I was so passionate and so lit up by what I was discovering. And this was a while ago now. This is a good 10 years ago. So it was before the moon was trending online on Instagram and all of those things. So it was like, wow, these discoveries and no one else was talking about it at the time. And people would just lean in and ask how they could book sessions with me and then I started a little passion project hobby business which turned into events, which turned into a global coaching business, which turned into working ... Tens of thousands of women all around the world this incredible, magical life that opened up for me after I graduated from the PhD. And then now I'm working ... I've got the books. The Lunar Abundance book and the Lunar Abundance journal, which has just come out. So, the practice continues to touch the hearts of so many people and help them to reconnecting with their own intuition and creativity and their own feminine if you will. But then my own work ended up evolving. It went even deeper and I started to find that a lot of women were coming to me, I guess not just around that feminine women aspect of themselves but then also the way that was showing up in relationship with others.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 And so a lot of people were coming to me having had unhealthy relationship dynamics or toxic relationships or finding that they were just attracting emotionally unavailable people all the time. And so, that was another expression, a deeper expression of the wounded feminine which led me into doing the deeper work which I do now, which is called re.love, helping women to recover from toxic relationship or unhealthy relationship dynamics and find love. So it's been an incredible circle in a way. Because I've come back now with the coaching work to I guess an expression of the human rights legal work that I was doing with domestic violence. You know, I'm now working expressly with domestic violence now, I'm working with what happens at that other side of it when women are rebuilding their lives after being subjected to the kind of experiences or just the unhealthy kind of relationship dynamics that can play out when the feminine is wounded and suppressed. So I'm working directly with women which always is what totally lights me up and helping women to change their lives from the inside out. But there's these fascinating parallels and crumbs and cycles and all of the juicy stuff, which I think we can probably dive into talking about.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Brigit E.:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Yes. And I think it's fascinating, because on the surface you'd go, oh, lawyer, PhD, moon cycles, now love. That seems totally disconnected and like all of these kind of random things. But when you're talking, I'm hearing that beautiful golden thread running through all of it. Chills again.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Me too.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Brigit E.:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 You know you can just really see the essence of your purpose is becoming more and more evident in the way that you are expressing it. And you can see that yeah, it is very much about that sacred feminine wounding and supporting to move into a more positive and more constructive space in the divine feminine. So I'm fascinated by how it kind of ... Yeah, I'm almost envisioning this beautiful river underneath the earth. But it pops up as these different mountains, but it's still the same source aligning those mountains. It's lovely.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Well now I just got chills. That's such a beautiful imagery around the river flowing. Yeah. I feel like there is a deepening of my connection to my own purpose. I definitely agree with that. And it's interesting just to see these different facets. The way that it's manifested in different ways in my life and always, always, always me just following the crumbs. Never come with a grand vision or a grand strategy or a grand plan, because how could I possibly have made up my life? When I was a lawyer my job right now didn't exist. So far outside of my mental frame of reference so it's been intuition that's led me here.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Brigit E.:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Yes. Yes. Because I think that there are probably many people who are having the experience of like, feeling perhaps multi passionate or I've got this thing there and I've got that thing there and how do they all come together and am I doing the right thing? Am I following the right path and so on? And I think just as you touched on, coming back to following the breadcrumbs, trusting the path, trusting one's intuition is what allows that golden thread to start weaving all of those different opportunities together. So then you can start to see what is in alignment and what is not in alignment. And it all starts to come together in a beautiful way.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Brigit E.:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I'm curious to explore a little bit more around the role that intuition has played for you and perhaps even some of the challenges that can come up. Because we often think of intuition as this beautiful lovely thing that just helps you feel so clear and connected all the time, which it does. And it also presents all of these challenges where the ego and the mind go like uh, what are we doing now? No, I don't want to do that. So I'm curious if you've had an experience where following your intuition, but your mind or even other people around you perhaps are pulling you in a different direction going, why are you doing that, that doesn't make sense, but your gut's going, over here.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Yeah. I mean intuition can seem in the moment kind of inconvenient at times. I definitely hear that. And when I was leaving the law that was certainly the case for me because I had all of the external trappings of success and like I said before, my work in the law was actually meaningful. Wasn't the right expression for me to continue to do and one of the reasons for that was that I was constantly walking the line of burnout, I was living from the neck up in so many ways. I wasn't supposed to just be here and doing more intellectual work. I was supposed to be doing the deeper, more intuitive, spiritual, creative work which I do now with the feminine, but it was still an important stepping stone. And so to step off that stepping stone, to keep going across the river for me was definitely something which was inconvenient. It didn't make a lot of sense on the outside either to me or to other people in my life. And so I suppose my family was a little concerned about what I was doing. I think they sort of thought as well that I was just sort of having a stage I think. Like oh, this is just this little passion project that she's interested in. And I don't think anyone could have envisioned what it turned into.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 So a lot of the time I think people in our lives can come with the best of intentions. They want to keep us safe. They want to try to give us advice because they want us to live the kind of life that they know is safe for them. And so really work is to go so deeply inside of ourselves. Be so deeply tuned into ourselves and our own inner voice, our inner wisdom, our own inner knowing. And for me the moon cycle was what guided me back consistently to myself through my feelings. So physical sensations in my body. Like those physical embodied feelings as well as those emotional states. And it was just a constant process of cultivating those feelings and continuing to listen to those feelings and then continuing to honor those feelings and always prioritizing that. So always putting that first ahead of those other people, those other voices in my life who told me I was just being a little bit silly or short sighted or crazy or throwing away something which had been really hard won. Going to law school, getting a PhD, this is a huge investment of my time and my money and my energy. So it was just a process of just knowing that my intuition has actually never once in my life has it led me wrong. Never.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In fact, it just continues to open more and more and more. But it's my responsibility to continue to keep opening to that big, bright, abundant vision.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Brigit E.:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I think you've nailed it there. It is your responsibility to keep opening to that. 100% isn't it? Intuition is always right because intuition is source energy. It is the core essence of everything that is in our world. And it's us as human beings with our own kind of like individual personalities and minds and free will to say yes to it and to open up those pathways. 100%. I love it. Love it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Brigit E.:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 And then I'm curious too, sort of hearing this theme around success. Because you can create a lot of success and I think that starts to become a bit like the golden handcuffs. It makes it a lot harder to take those leaps of faith and go with something that you don't necessarily have assurance that it's going to work. So if I'm thinking about like the moon cycle work, the lunar abundance work, you did exceptionally well with creating a community and an online product suite. And you've been launching your books in the last year or two as published books which is incredibly exciting. And at the same time, you're starting to pivot into what feels like a new space, but we know now it's all connected. Like how has that process been for you? How do you segue from one to the other?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Yeah. I mean I wish I could say it's like smooth sailing but of course the reality of it is that it's messy I feel. Behind the scenes it definitely feels messy when one is tuning into your own intuition and it's telling you things and you're like, okay right, okay again that doesn't necessarily make sense to me with the information that I have available to me at this particular time. Meaning my mind can't necessarily see why this would be the correct next step. But again, I'm just feeling it. And for me, intuition is just so visceral. Like it's so physically felt. I hear it from my heart. I hear it from my womb. But I'm feeling it on a cellular level. I feel it in my DNA. It's like that's how attuned to it I am after being so deeply devoted to that practice of cultivating my intuition. So it's like it's process of going okay, well the next step is this because this is what my body is telling me the next step is. And so I need to show up to that and I need to just trust that. But there'll be times where I need to make some logistical changes in my life before I see the actually results of my intuition. And so that's what I mean about the mess. Like keeping the faith is huge. And specifically keeping the faith in myself and what I'm feelings to be true.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Brigit E.:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 And then what about ... I know particularly with the journey of publishing a book, the timelines for that long. Over 18 months. You write the book and you launch it in 12 to 18 months and that's when you have to start talking about it and that's almost when it comes into it's full manifestation. And it can sometimes be that, I don't know, like you've moved on. By the time the book is out you're like, oh actually I'm good over here now. Has that played out for you and-<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 100%. Yeah 100%. The interesting thing is that I actually wrote the Lunar Abundance book four years ago now. But that was the culmination of several years' work. And the book came from the coaching that I'd done and the events that I'd held. So there was like thousands of women who had input into that book here because I had really been in the circles with the women for years and years and years around the world and online. It's like the book in some respects was the culmination point and that was four years ago. And yet, the sister journal only came out a couple of months ago. So I'm definitely feeling that time lag and being in 3D and some of the earthly constraints around what it takes to have a big international publishing house just distributing the book and doing the things that they need to do on their schedules.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 But I guess there's two things which have been helpful for me. The first thing is that it's a personal practice of mine. So it's definitely something which I am still connected to on a daily basis. So I do feel like even though the lunar work isn't a huge part of my daily business now, it started out as a personal practice and it was actually quite fun to reclaim it as a personal practice as well. And so that was one really beautiful thing that allowed me to navigate that process. The second part of the process was that I was conscious after the book came out that it really was that culmination point. And so I was starting to open to the next thing. And I was sort trying different things but I was walking the path. It wasn't like I was just sort of sitting at home waiting for whatever it was to drop in or waiting to see what came next. I was actually out in the world continuing to work with people, continuing to do different things, and continuing to explore.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 And then the third piece of advice which I got at the time, and it actually came from a dear friend, Yvette Luciano, who's now passed and grown her wings. And so I feel a little even teary just feeling into this beautiful advice that she gave me at the time, which was so incredibly helpful, which is based on her experience in the music industry prior to her work with Solopreneurs and her beautiful advice around that was, \"Ezzie, it's like an album. This is just what happens with creatives and musicians. They create an album then they tour the album. And that's part of the process. It's like you're touring that album. You've gone through that particular creative phase and now you're bringing it out in a much, much, much bigger way to a much bigger audience as part of the touring.\" And so yeah, I really feel her spirit with me even as I just say those words. It was such comfort at the time and it was also very helpful strategic practical advice to move through the couple of years that followed the writing of the book and then getting it out into the world.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Brigit E.:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 And I think at the same time, what I'm understanding is that you're also honoring this new self that is starting to emerge. And it doesn't mean that you have to put that completely on hold, but you can still do things that allow you to be fully expressed. Even if that full expression isn't the thing that you're putting out in the world at that particular point in time, you can still be in that flow as well.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Well it's actually interesting as you say that, because it made me think of another benefit of this process which is that even though the outside world for the last few years has been looking at the lunar aspect ... You know, and I'd be very happy to show off and talk about it because I love it. It's such a great practice. I want to share the word around it, don't get me wrong. But it actually almost provided me with a little bit of cover in a way, so that I was able to undercover do more work behind the scenes with women on the unhealthy relationship dynamics and helping them to transform the deeper wounding of the feminine in relation to the other. But I was doing all of that work and not talking about it for a long time. And then I was able to like ... I had so may pilot clients who came through re.love. And then re.love, when I launched it, which coincided beautifully with the Lunar Abundance Journal, which is always the end of ... Well who knows? The Lunar Abundance may continue just to grow. I'm open to anything and everything and whatever it wants in the world. I'll steward it how best I can.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 But it was interesting that when re.love came out into the world it felt very solid and fully formed because I'd already run so many women through the program and they got amazing results. But I just hadn't been talking about it publicly. So yeah. Lunar gave me the cover in that way. They've worked really beautifully as sisters and I think will continue to do so. Lunar and re.love. Exactly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Brigit E.:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Beautiful. Well I'd like to just kind of switch gears a little bit and talk about the moon cycles for us as intuitive entrepreneurs. And I've talked in the past about how we can align our launches with the moon cycles and there's some really yummy timings with launches. But I'd actually like to tap in a little bit more into how we can self manage as entrepreneurs and avoid these feelings of stress, overwhelm, burnout and exhaustion by actually honoring the cycles and the seasons that we have in our lives. So would you be able to a little bit more about how we can use moon cycles to create more flow and more ease in our lives?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Definitely. Because again, that's one of the reasons why I created the practice. From it being like, oh this is interesting, this has helping me to connect with myself, through to oh wow, this is a monthly practice that I need to commit to in order to be my most vital and alive and productive but also creative and happy self. So it definitely was a huge part of it and continues to be for me. And so the way that it works in the practice is that I mentioned before there are eight moon phases over the course of the monthlong moon cycle. So each one of those moon phases goes for three or four days apiece. And so the moon phases come in pairs. So they come in pairs in terms of a doing phase and a being phase. And what that means is that the cycle, first of the eight moon phases, the new moon is a doing phase and it starts off the cycle. But then that'll go for three or four days. And then the next phase will be yen or a being phase. And so that'll go for three or four days. And then the next one, so the third of the eight moon phases will then be a doing phase for another three or four days. The fourth one will be another being phase for another three or four days.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Now what this starts to create in your life when you pay attention to this, is a beautiful rhythm which is incredibly sustainable in terms of being able to manage your energy, to regulate your energy, and it's not like the doing phases is where you cram in all of the work and then the being phases is where you lie on the beach. Unfortunately it's not quite like that. Consciously your listeners are entrepreneurs and entrepreneur are A types. Like it's a very specific personality types that's drawn into entrepreneurship and who succeeds in entrepreneurship. And these tend to be the kind of people who are able to just go and go and go and go and go until they fall over. So there's a natural tendency to push and hustle and do. But there's less of an ability to give one's self permission just to actually take your foot off the gas and give yourself the kind of restoration time or recovery time or even just unstructured time which can lead to much better focused thinking and more creative innovative thinking as well.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 So one of the things which I found as I was starting to work with the moon cycles for example, when I was writing my book. One way that played in practice is that you're in the doing phases of the moon cycle. So of the four out of the eight phases will be doing phases, those will be the times where I would be more structured in terms of wanting to get down 1,000 words in the morning or thinking more strategically about the kind of material that I wanted to get into the book or reaching out to clients for case studies and being more active in that particular way. And then the being phases might be where I was more open to like just going for a walk and allowing the right kind of idea just to drop into my mind. But the being phases, because they were there, like they were in the sky, I wasn't making them up, it was like they were a cosmic permission slip which I needed in order to sort of lean back.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Other ways that I work with the moon phases in my business now around like maybe I schedule more clients in the doing phases. I don't always have full control over my schedule. If someone asks me to give a talk and it's a being phase, it's not that I say no necessarily, it's just more that I give my permission to say no more I give myself permission to blank out that rest or restoration or reflection time during the being phases. And I find that some of my most breakthrough work will come when I give myself that permission in that way and then over time it's meant that my energy is able to stay much more regulated. It's a much more sustainable way of living. It's a much more sustainable way of working and it's very predictable. So in advance you can always know well, if I'm going to have a busy period, a busy season, a busy month or whatever, I actually do need to block out some time. The moon cycle is a practice. It's a microcosm of a macrocosm of life which is that we can't just keep being in consistent forward motion and get the best results and be in the best of health.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It's actually a way to get more done and to be more productive and to feel better when we do build into our work schedules more of the down time, more of the unstructured time, more of the being time, more of that permission to just pull back.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Brigit E.:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 And do you think it affects women more than it does men? Is there a gender difference?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I mean, I find that women are interested in it more. I think that that's the experience that I've had is that women tend to be more attuned with their feelings and emotions and therefore more interested in exploring it further. And I've had more experience working with women who've just burnt out. Whether in the corporate sphere or even entrepreneurs who've had a corporate background and then coming to entrepreneurship and repeat those patterns of burnout in the new role, which can be very sneaky in a way. Because oftentimes someone starts a business because they're so passionate about what it is that they want to do, work for themselves, and then suddenly they find that they're working harder and longer than they were before. They're like, \"Hang on a sec, where's the freedom?\" So that's definitely something to be alive to. And I find that women are the ones that tend to burn out more. At least that what I've had more experience with. So the women also tend to be the ones who can predict a little bit more about where things are going south and be active around trying to seek out a solution and wanting to live in a more sustainable way.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Brigit E.:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Yes. Because I think women are naturally more cyclical around these 28 days because also obviously with our menstrual cycles. Whereas what I'm understanding of men, it's more in that 24 hour cycle and being able to kind of push and drive and keep going ahead with things without too many breaks seems to work for men. But for women it's more in that cyclical range. I'm curious too ... And I'm also very aware that I may be making generalizations so I'm just ... Bring that into my conscious awareness. But I'm curious too, like in terms of our menstrual cycles for women and the moon cycles, obviously there's a lot of similarity between the two. What happens though when you're menstrual cycle is in a different flow to the moon cycle? Do they need to be lined up perfectly for us to have this synergy or is it all right if they're not lined up perfectly and how do we manage that?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Oh my gosh, it's always all right for your body to be doing exactly what your body is doing. But I love the question. I feel like the invitation with the Lunar Abundance practice is to work with the moon as a natural timekeeper, the moon as a mirror, as a way to even just sort of see it in the sky as a reminder to then reflect back to yourself. Well, what's going on with me at this particular time? So it's always around tuning into you and what it is that you're feeling. What it is that your body is needing at any one time. That's the real takeaway from the practice. And so most of the time ... Certainly for myself. And most of the time when women come in to working with the practice, they've never actually really had that ongoing intimate dialog with themselves every day. And so when they start to have that relationship with themselves on a much deeper level ... Because again, the moon is just like ... It's just there. It's in the sky. It's doing its thing. Like I mentioned, very predictable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0You can see the moon phases in advance. So it gives a kind of framework to start to have that internal dialog and relationship with yourself. But whatever it is that your body is doing is going to be absolutely right and perfect for you. And that might continue to change and evolve in different seasons of your life as well. So depending on what life stage you're in, what else is going on. And so what I love about the practice ... And again, that core takeaway from the practice is just that invitation to work with the moon as a trigger to come within and to tune into that and honor that and embrace that. It doesn't need to be another thing that we're doing wrong if we're not bleeding on the new moon or bleeding on the full moon. Having said that though, the number of emails that I get and notes and women who tell me that if they've had issues with their periods or if they hadn't been bleeding for a number of years, but they started to work consciously with the moon cycle and then they either get their period for the first time in four years or their period starts to regulate or they have less pain or they have less PMS. I couldn't even tell you how many of those notes that I get. It seems to have a very profound and positive effect on women's bodies in lots of different ways.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Brigit E.:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Yes. Yeah. And even within our team because we are mostly women in our team. We do have some men too. But we are very aware of our menstrual cycles. We're also very aware of the moon cycles. And I can't say that we can cancel a full day of meetings because it's someone's period. But, we do bring this into our awareness and it's good because we can have some open conversations about, this is how I'm feeling and why and we can give each other a little more space and room when we want to be more introverted or a bit more paranoid. Come at us. And I'm just finding this awareness is great and it allows us that space as a team to have the real, go hard times. And then the kind of like just ease back and more of those being times. The other thing I think is like being ... Oftentimes we think being means passive and nothing will happen. But I often find that those being times can be the most productive because we get our absolute best ideas flowing. Like they're really elevated ideas. The ones that can see the whole system because we've stopped our brain from trying to think and extract information and so on. So yeah.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I totally agree. And when you marry those being phases and those being times up with the doing phases, that's where the real magic happens. Because it's the polarity of the being and the dreaming and the feminine and the yen or whatever it is that you call it and name it and then you marry that up with the masculine or with the yang or with the doing. Again, the point is it's a polarity and it's like, you get that polarity going in your life and then that's where the real sizzle and magic happens.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Brigit E.:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Yes. Yes. Love it. Awesome. So tell me a little bit more about re.love. Tell me what kind of work are you doing with women and what are you starting to see is emerging through this work?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ooh, I love that question. So the work, it's real deep dive kind of work. So whereas I went I guess broad, I went the masses with Lunar Abundance and I created like beautiful self help tools for people to implement in their own lives, I found with re.love where I'm really excited is the depth of transformation where I'm taking women through working with them one on one and again working with small groups of women as well in community. The kind of changes that people can make, the kind of breakthroughs that women can experience in their love lives but also actually just with their deep patterns in their lives in general. You know, with their self esteem. With their confidence. With their sense of self. With their sense of optimism and joy and hope about the future and their feelings of courage, of putting themselves out there. Yes to find love again, but then also professionally. It's just mind blowing. So I'm feeling really excited about doing much more of that hands on work, which is how I started out nearly a decade ago I suppose, is really working closely with women and I just love the fact that I'm able to come back and to guide women in that much more direct way and to see and shepherd those breakthroughs on a daily basis or a weekly basis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 And it is. It's a 12 week program at the moment and it's a daily experience for some of the women who are going through that program if they want it every day. And some of the women have been single for years because they've been so scarred in the past or they're keeping themselves safe or sometimes they don't even really know why is it that no one that I meet is emotionally available? Why does everyone ghost? I can see there's a problem in my life, but I don't know what the root of that problem is. But they feel really inspired to change it and are committed to being able to welcome in that much more healthy connection and support and love that they deserve. So the women that I work with are often like, \"Yeah, I'm really ready to go here and to do it.\" And we're breaking ancestral patterns. We're going back into generationally. These are women who sure might have seen maybe a parent, usually their mother model some kind of self sacrifice or the lack of her connection to herself. Because she was always giving and giving and giving to the family, which is not a bad thing. It's not her fault. Like a lot of the time, this is societies stuff. There's big structural reason why this can be the case.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 But it often tends ... Some of these patterns that I find my clients are working with, it goes up the family line. And so when they are able to step into their own personal power and transform by really, really deeply owning and claiming the parts of themselves that have been repressed and disowned, often since childhood. But then certainly taking a hit and having a negative or unhealthy relationship dynamic as well. But when people are really able to claim and own it and bring it up into the light and stand in their in their real power, it's like the effects in their lives are profound. The effects in their families are profound. They start to inspire their mothers and their sisters and other people in their lives as well as stepping into that high vibrational state where suddenly they're attracting all of the great suitors and other work opportunities and collaborators because as you know, it's like when you're in that high vibe state, it's like you're magnetic. The [inaudible 00:39:39]. Then that type of thing can happen very, very, very quickly when you've got someone by your side walking the path with you hand by hand. So yeah, it's great. I love it. As you can see I'm really fired up and energized by it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Brigit E.:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It's funny. I think as your vibration increased and increased, the connection just got lost. That's so funny. I love that. And that's the feeling. Like the amount of power in re.love is like oh my God. People are just like usually after week one of the program, they're like oh my God. I spent two years in therapy and then I've just done one week of this and it's just everything is changing so fast. And so it's just such an incredible ... Wow, like I'm like what it this incredible medicine? And I've channeled it as well as having ... Like I've had 15 years of professional experience working in this and related fields and working with women but there's also magic in it. I feel like a lot of it's coming from another kind of cosmic place as well in addition to all of that. So there's really nothing else like it anywhere else in the world. So as you're stepping into this work, who are you becoming as you are almost like the conduit for this? What aspect of yourself are you expressing here?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Well it's such an interesting question because I feel like I'm getting access to an even greater power source which I've sensed is available to me, but haven't been able to fully plug into in this way. So what that means is that I'm moving through my own feelings. I'm moving through my own blocks. I'm moving through my own sense of who I can be in the world and the amount of impact that I can have in the world. And I've never being driven by wanting to be famous or anything like that. I've always been motivated by service. So I'm just so intrigued to see really how the goddess is going to continue to move through me and what she's going to continue to call me to. But I feel this sense of greater power inside of myself and greater access to power which can sometimes feel scary as well because it's the unknown and I think that this is one of the aspects of the human condition which is probably the most stubborn blocks to work through is the fear of the unknown.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 But all I know is that my ... What I do know is that my intuition just is continuing to lead me in this direction. And my intuition has never been wrong and so I'm just going to continue to just keep walking that path and it feels really good and it feels really right and my own life is continuing to extend and become more and more magical and amazing and the more incredible people are showing up and the more incredible opportunities are happening for me. And I'm definitely needing to draw on my own self care practices and continuing to practice my moon cycle practice. Lunar abundance. I still do it every single day. Every single morning before I get out of bed I'm still doing my lunar meditations because I need to stay really grounded and connected to myself in order to be able to keep channeling greater power and keep expanding in this way.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Brigit E.:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I love it. What does 2020 look like for you at this stage?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ezzie Spencer:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0It's so interesting Brigit because I'm usually someone who loves to get into the visioning and the planning and the feeling. And I feel for 2020 every single time I try to do it, I feel like no, no, no, I just need to be very present and be in the now and allow the magic to happen around me. I feel really strongly like we've spoken before, like I'm so on purpose. It almost feels like a cosmic soul mission with what I'm doing with re.love. So I feel like it's going to show me the way, but it's a different way for me to be living I suppose. Just being fully present and in the now. Because again, it's like I've had book timelines ... I've always had a sense of these markers that are coming up for me over the next one to two years and I don't have that right now.
